INDIECOIN-TUT (a partnership between INDIECOIN and The Underground Theater)  is very proud to announce the first equity token offering under Washington State Crowdfunding regulations! Washington State residents may acquire equity tokens along with investor rewards as part of their membership in the 2025 season of TUT, beginning June 30th, 2025.

The first production sponsored in the 2025 season will be: “For Colored Boyz,” a choreopoem written by Bryan-Keyth Wilson who produced a sold out showcase of the work at Theatre Row in NYC. Wilson has received numerous accolades for his works,  including winning Best Audience at the Downtown Urban Arts Festival in NYC with “For Colored Boyz.”

Complete the following steps to become a TUT 2025 Season Producer:

1. Select your membership level and reward perks, including the number of tokens you may purchase. $1 equals 1 token (minimum purchase $25).

2. Complete the payment and registration step with a credit card or other payment options.

3. Answer a brief questionnaire with 6 questions. You, or the legal entity you represent, must reside in Washington State to participate. Following the questionnaire, you may choose to cancel the transaction, purchase only the membership and tickets but no tokens or other perks, or continue with the crowdfund offering to Step 4.

4. Review crowdfunding disclosure documents. (These disclosures are required under Washington Crowdfunding regulations RCW 21.20.880)

5. To purchase tokens you must electronically sign the documents, then enjoy the crowdfund and TUT membership!

INDIECOIN-TUT tokens are NOT a cryptocurrency or a “memecoin”, but they will be redeemable for a share of net revenue accumulated from sales of tickets or marketplace items related to the TUT 2025 season productions (after a minimum of $20,000 is raised through crowdfunding by the end of the year, otherwise the amount invested will be refunded.)

There is no guarantee that tokens will be redeemable for an amount equal to or greater than the amount of the investment. Please see the Crowdfunding Form for more details.
